My name is Alexander Karpov, I'm reading this [MSC] group for quite a while.
I'm using this opportunity to ask for your permission for ranslation of the 2004 Guide into Russian.
I hope to make in happen (with your permission granted) within a year from now through our "e-library" project, devoted to participatory democracy practicalities :)
Papers are published on our website (http://ecom.su/library_democr/index.php) and are available for free download. The project is non-profit and is based of volunteers efforts (with quality control however).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to translate other related (and useful) publications, but I hope that Russian version will pave the way for using MSC in Russian-speakiing countries.
